It's not over yet

For some of us at the NJCC it was a happy occasion, for we got our first medals, but for others it seemed like a disappointment.
But guys, no matter what happens, we cannot give up hope. We have to just try and pull through the training for 3 more weeks and it will all be over
Forget about winning for a moment, sometimes winning isn't everything. What matters is that you put up a good fight. if you can't get the gold, then at least make sure that the person who does has to work his butt off for it, that he has to be through hell before he even comes close to winning. Make sure that he does not have an easy run for the medal.
Do not feel dejected, the thing that measures your strength is not how many medals you have, but it is whether you can pick yourself up after you fall. You will go through tough times, and you will feel like crap after them, but it is all about coming through them.
You may also feel like nobody believes in you, but when nobody believes you, you must believe in yourself. People putting you down could drive you do things you could never even think of achieving. When somebody says you are a loser, don't feel bad, prove them wrong! Show them that you are better than them.
Remember that you are not alone, we are all struggling to succeed, we all have our problems, but together as one anything can be achieved. We can do this together.
Some of us may not have won, but that is not important. Take shaun and gabriel, they may not have won, but they improved their timings by huge margins, and they were so close to all the winners, despite jiao lian telling them that they only could get into the finals. Even a small victory is a good place to start.
This seemingly bad thing can turn out to be good, at least now you know your weakness, be it your balance or your strength. So improve on it!

So guys, its time to prove yourselves. Have you ever come so close in your life to winning that you can even taste it? Well just seize the moment, this could be your moment, this could be the time that you show the world that you are a champion.
